There is no food that I love more than buffalo wings. If buffalo wings are on a menu, you know that’s what I’ll be eating. But Buffalo wings are simple to make right at home with stuff that you probably already have in your fridge.

Deep sided pan or deep fryer
Kitchen Shears or sharp knife
Heat proof bowl
Paper towel
